Root Cause Therapy works with the subconscious mind where the deep emotions and traumas are hidden. In these sessions we use an easy and effective regression technique to access past events, clear suppressed emotions and release the root causes of the long-term patterns that no longer serve you. We have all experienced trauma at some stage of our lives. Trauma is held in the body from any highly emotionally painful experience no matter how big or small, this can remain unprocessed in the body and show up years or decades later as physical pain, disease, thoughts and behaviours. This is a powerful alternative to talk therapy as you feel and release the emotions and do not need to revisit or go back into a repetitive talk cycle to address old painful memories. You are invited to share and talk as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing. This therapy is effective for day-to-day stress & anxieties, overwhelm & worries through to complex mental health conditions and addictions.
