The older male clerk was very rude and unhelpful. I'm still in shock. I hope the 18+ card documents get to the Govt Dept. I was helping someone to do the application. I was so disturbed I forgot to get tracking which was not offered. I will never use Hastings Paper Plus NZ Post Shop again. Poor bookshop in the same building.
